This is the host hotel. It is the location of the wedding ceremony and reception, and is where the wedding party will be staying. It will also house a hospitality suite all weekend long, which will be stocked full of beverages and sweets. We encourage our guests to visit with each other here and enjoy the snacks. A block of rooms is being held for friends and family at a discounted rate of $149. There are several methods to reserve a room:

• Go to www.austin.hilton.com and select the arrival and departure dates from the drop down selection on the right side.
• Under group/convention code (towards the bottom) enter the 3 letter code (MYW)
• It will populate with your group information and then just select the option to reserve a room
